Any complaints should be reported
to VOIPGeni customer services
team who will log the call and try and resolve the
issue while the customer is on the phone. If this
is not possible the complaint will be passed
through VOIPGeni internal CRM
system while the customer service team try and
find a resolution to the complaint. If the
complaint cannot be resolved to the customers
satisfaction by the customer services team the
complaint will then be passed to the operations
team. Here the fault will be dealt with at senior
management level.
